Your go to for everything party! Unsure why the negative reviews for locating something. Have never had issues finding things at the store as every aisle and sections have signs. You'd only need assistance if what you're looking for is out of stock. But there are always similar things you could find.
I cannot believe the level of service.I received. So many staff poorly trained. My son's graduation balloon order was completely botched. Ended up costing more money and they were not.Willing to help. The staff at the front counter have personal conversations that are unprofessional, right in front of you as you're going through stress. Do not go here go somewhere else
The reviews speak for themselves. The management has got to be the most incompetent group of people.I've ever seen. Six people behind the til couldn't answer a simple question. The ball was dropped for our event three times by these people. This store is broken and friends already told me to stay away
Found all that I wanted, needed and was looking for. Staff was very friendly and so helpful as well. Great experience!
