Came in from out of province and was very last minute the staff stayed late so I could finish shopping was very nice

It was great experience for me yesterday! As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by Andrea right away. As this was my first time visiting the store, definitely I would love to have someone guiding me through the huge variety of the options and selection! Andrea was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed and I was able to quickly find them all in 10 mins. Thank you Andrea for your great customer service! You made my day! Your go to for everything party! Unsure why the negative reviews for locating something. Have never had issues finding things at the store as every aisle and sections have signs. You'd only need assistance if what you're looking for is out of stock. But there are always similar things you could find.
