I live in Conshohocken and shop here if I need supplies for a party (only because it is convenient), etc...I dread coming to this store. The staff are very rude and act like they have better things to do then to help out customers, even when checking out at the register. They all need attitude adjustments. After ordering balloons here on Sunday, I will no longer shop here at this store. I'd rather drive 30 miles to another party supply store than to walk through Party City's, Plymouth Meeting doors again.
Shopped here twice recently. Both times sales people acted as if they were quite bothered to help customers. Not pleasant.
