Very disappointing customer service. The lady at the front desk, who has short hair and wears eyeglasses, was extremely rude and barely willing to help. She never smiled and did not make any effort to interact with or welcome customers. Party City is a place for fun and celebrations, so I expected a much friendlier and welcoming atmosphere. I hope management addresses this.
I understand following trends but I wanted cowboy themed decorations which are apparently impossible to find. When did western culture become extinct?
