I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed a balloon order two weeks in advance for my son’s birthday, only to arrive for pickup and be told by the staff that someone had already picked up my order, which was not the case. My order had clearly been given to someone else. I have to ask, don’t you check the receipt or order information before handing an order over to someone? I then had to wait while my order was remade, which caused me to be late to my own son’s birthday party. This was incredibly frustrat... read more

Very disappointing service at this location.We bought a set of theme balloons two days back, came back this evening with original purchase receipt to fill helium and put name stickers on it. They filled helium and asked to wait to put on stickers, we were standing there for almost one hour waiting, there were three staff persons, no one cared to communicate, update or respond in wait time, after few requests we decided to leave without stickers, requested the boy to return the purchase recipet, again we were waiting to colle... read more
