They sold me defective invitations, then they refused to offer a refund or exchange. Manager Jerry treated me rudely, which seemed like a waste of energy since we were discussing an item that cost less than $10. Their selection is lacking in comparison to other Party City stores, and the aisles are dirty. All three times I visited this branch, it looked like a schoolbus full of second graders had just rolled through. Chaos.
