I know the store is closing down. But the customer service is awful. I called to ask if they had something in stock and Tyler was so rude over the phone. Their tone was super condescending and rude. I understand that this store is not going to stay open for long, but they could at least show some interest in having decent customer service.
Was able to order online and pick up within an hour. Loved it! Got me out of a bind for a Halloween party.
