I arrived at Party City in Prince Albert today around noon coming from out of town with my one year old child. I was there to purchase items for his birthday party this weekend. I asked to use the washroom to change his diaper and the staff asked me if I could go next door to PETSMART?!?! After some very awkward conversation, they finally did allow us to use the facilities but wow did that make for a very uncomfortable shopping experience.
