Tried to return a halloween prop that didn't work as advertised and was turned down even for store credit - which is a possibility as stated on the receipt.
October 2023: I picked up a costume for my baby and the next day went to try it on him, 1 of the 3 pieces was missing. I called Party City to let them know and to ask if they could put aside another one of the same costume so we could exchange them in a couple of hours when we could make it back to the store. They told me no because it’s “first come, first serve”. I drove by the Latham location and to my surprise the store was completely empty out… no sign nor inventory. When did this happen??? Did they relocate??
