Party city and its employees are awful. I was told I would be able to fill confetti filled balloons at their store and based on that information spent my money to purchase them and take them home to fill them. I came back and was given BS excuse after BS excuse as to why they wouldn’t do it(some of them contradicting the previous excuses) their final hail marry to not help me was that they were closed and turned off their helium. Got balloons blown up for a party, by the time the party stated the balloons were already deflated. Very expensive even with the “closing store sale” .. I mean Jesus no wonder they are closing everywhere
