Lots of stuff
I have never left a review for anywhere and nothing negative either as you can see for yourself. I am now for the first time. That how awful the store manger is! I'm very disappointed with my experience at this store. Lauren, the manager, and Tracey, the key holder. They BOTH clearly lack the skills needed for customer service. Shopped there twice in 2 years and nothing changed. Air conditioning broken, poor customer service, items marked incorrectly, and the same girl blowing up balloons and refusing to help anyone. Even if the check out line is 20 people deep she will not budge. We were told she is the manager and I really hope that is not true. I’ll just shop on Amazon.
