The staff is very sweet. This is the first time I've been in this party city. They are closing soon & everything is 90% off.

I am writing this review for my friend since her English is not very good. She went on May 16 around 3 pm and the service she received was very poor. First the girl at the register refused to speak Spanish to her (she had just finished speaking Spanish with the previous customer) second and the most unprofessional was her taking 30 minutes for 1 balloon.
