The party city in Morrow they are unprofessional and unorganized. The sad part is that we only get this kind of treatment in our neighborhoods. The General Manager was in the store and that is the part that is sad to me. Her attitude was just as BAD as the employees. I was in this store picking up balloons where I placed an order it gave me a time that my order would be ready and it was an hour after the time that was given to my by an employee.
