Rather go somewhere else Went into Factory Card outlet to buy birthday cards, and I was not impressed. The cards and envelopes were scattered everywhere, and I had a hard time finding the match. They also have party supplies, and they were also very scattered. The employess were less than helpful to me. They just seemed bothered with the question that I asked. The prices were good, but I think that I will just go somewhere else from now on. I just didn't like the service.
Everthing you need for your party This place is great. They have all colors of party supplies you could want. They have several mylar balloons to choose from. They have a huge selection of cards to choose from.
Awful! I would not recommend this store to anyone. I have been in there repeatedly, hoping it would get better, but each time, I receive the same poor service. The store is dirty, and unorganized. The customers are not greeted, and it is even difficult to get anyone to assist you when you need help. Once you get up to the counter, you typically find 3 or 4 employees congregating at the registers. They ring you up like you are bothering them. It has been one awful experience after another in that store.
