They scammed me $132. I placed an order that I did not receive. Before my desktop shut off i was told a replacement would be sent out before our party, when I chatted back I was told an investigation was needed. $132 of party stuff lost to this company. I will NOT be shopping here again!
Seriously aggravated! I tried to call they're store number and it's as if someone picks the phone up but you hear nothing what so ever! 😡😡 I live an hour away and have questions about stuff in stock but can't get anyone on the phone!
Horrible customer service. Absolutely horrible. It takes the joy out of trying to plan a party because you literally cringe at the thought of having to deal with these people for balloons. Wish we had more party supply stores to choose from. This is it in this area and they know that. It’s why they are so horrible!
kind of ticked off I come here a lot but I will never use a cc again.. I went back monday to do a refund and havent gotten it yet..I have been calling the Shteveport store for the last couple of days so I wont make a blank trip from Texas and im guess their phone doesnt work.. All I want is to get my credit back and thats it..

store too small I lived in Corpus Christi prior to moving here and the Party City Store there was huge compared to this one. My youngest daughter recently turned one and I was not very pleased with the tiny section they had for 1st Birthdays.
great selection Wow what a great selection here. My friends and I had a party to go to, and we decided to dress up. I was Genie in I dream of Genie and the custume I got here was wonderful. High quality custumes, and lots of party supplies as well makes this shop a one stop shop.
Very nice Party City is a rather Large Store. They have everything you need for a Party. Any Party you can think of. Allot of different Designs to choose from. Very nice Customer Service and also great Sales!
