I just needed some balloons inflated. There were only two staff in the whole store. Nicole was on the phone, so she could not inflate my balloons. I will never come to this Party City again.
This morning, I went to Party City to purchase items for a birthday party. Unfortunately, I forgot something so I had to return to the store. While in the store, an associate (Allison) approached us and asked if we needed assistance. I told her that we were just browsing and noticed that she was holding an electronic device upward so that the camera was facing us.
