Customer Service was wonderful on the phone this morning. I spoke with Dawn who happily assisted me for a corporate event. I ordered several dozen balloons in all different colors, shapes, and themes. Dawn took her time to make sure I was getting everything needed, she checked on stock availability and started my order immediately. It was a very pleasant experience with Dawn! She was a pleasure, she was patient and professional. Five Stars! Hooray!
Very disappointing experience at Party Center in Salem. First of all, the price was extremely high, double what I typically paid at Party City. When I asked for the balloons I purchased to be separated into two bunches so it would be easier to get them in the car she said it was too busy for that and handed me one big bunch. This place is horrendous.. bought 3 airhorns for graduation for $30 that did not work.. brought them back to return them and was told that they are open and always work and cannot be returned. ( no where does it say they cannot be returned) even though they were completely filled and had air still in them. lady was extremely rude and miserable. find another party place that won’t over price for non working items!!
