Party Center was so great! So many fun decorations with an impressive variety of options in each theme! An hour away but I'll definitely go again!

Customer Service was wonderful on the phone this morning. I spoke with Dawn who happily assisted me for a corporate event. I ordered several dozen balloons in all different colors, shapes, and themes. Dawn took her time to make sure I was getting everything needed, she checked on stock availability and started my order immediately. It was a very pleasant experience with Dawn! She was a pleasure, she was patient and professional. Five Stars! Hooray!
Very disappointing experience at Party Center in Salem. First of all, the price was extremely high, double what I typically paid at Party City. When I asked for the balloons I purchased to be separated into two bunches so it would be easier to get them in the car she said it was too busy for that and handed me one big bunch. I paid for two “speciality” balloons and then a bunch of colored balloons. When we got home we realized we had only received one of the specialty balloons. We’re 100% sure it didn’t pop or fly away.
