Ya 1.7 stars checks out. Friendly enough people but not upfront about the charges until they charge it to your card. Reckless driving that left many of us bruised and scratched up. Not happy with the service and when I reached out about it I was ignored.

In response to your comment: The groom has NEVER dictated the stops, as he told you by email. Do you have it in written? Whatever you stated is not true!!!! Very, very bad costumer service: they are very rude and unprofessional! After a beautiful wedding day, their shuttle bus was waiting to take us to our hotel. Most of the guests were in the same hotel in Lacombe, only 5 km from the venue (Tin Roof Event Centre). The driver drove us around for more than 1 hour wasting time so she can charge the mileage. Terrible customer service! They will overcharge you without an explanation or evidence. Would rather pay a company out of Edmonton or Calgary to serve me in the Red Deer area than trust these guys.
