Almost a comically bad experience- booked the Queen Elizabeth bus for a party, was told by Anthony, who seemed really great on the phone initially, that the bus was a 'nightclub on wheels' and they'd provide ice, cups, water, and some decorations (balloons). The bus that showed up was not the Queen Elizabeth and was in terrible shape, like duct tape holding the linings together, deflated balloons [see photos], not cleaned properly, and no ice, cups, or water.
