Tony was our driver and he was THE BEST, we got everywhere we planned to go on time. Communication was amazing annd timely and he was such a blast to be around :) he even brought waters and two bags of ice for us !! Couldn’t recommend a better driver, truly made our night and experience above and beyond. We love Tony !!! <3 would request him again 10000%
Worst experience ever. Not only did they call me the hour of my booking that the party bus I booked was unavailable, they send me a hummer limo replacement with the guarantee for a discount for my inconvenience and pushed my time back an hour, THEY SEND ME A VEHICLE WITH NO AC. This was for a quinceañera. I will never again be booking with them or recommending them. Fraudulent company! Paid the whole price for the bus in advance, got a confirmation and Surprise NO ONE showed up. Waited an hour from the confirmed time to try and be understanding then tried to contact the company through their listed phone number for an explanation and was met with an irritating AI that was unhelpful and time consuming! Will be contacting the bank for my money back!!! We all got scammed. Bus never showed up. I repeat do not use this company! Name is under Fairfax Randall. Scheduled for 10:45am. It’s 12:10 and still hasn’t showed up
