We had booked a tour several months prior, to be picked up at the ********************* at 4 pm. We called several times in the days leading up to the event, with no response. Do not use this party bus service! We got hung up in traffic so we finished dinner late. ****, our driver, called me at dinner to give me the heads up about the overtime and I said I understood and no problem. We get to the bus and he tells me he needs $250 in cash or he can't move the bus. I explain they have my credit card and just to charge that because I don't have the cash...or an ATM card for that matter. He tells me I need to call dispatch. They want cash. Just cash.
