Booked a 30 passenger party bus for an after-HOCO party. First bus to arrive was a hotel airport shuttle-style van with only 20 seats. Party bus was advertised with 3 big screen TVs, Bluetooth sound system, microwave, and leather couch-style seating. Advised driver this was not what we ordered. I will be filing a complaint as well due to the lack of time management, unprofessionalism, and overall scam this business is. I requested a refund due to the overall ridiculous way he conducts business and lack there of customer service and got blocked on all platforms, instagram, Facebook, and by phone and no refund has been issued. Just a heads up to anyone needing a party bus - so not book with him at all. ********* *****Is bad for business and a money hungry thief.
I reserved the bus and asked if the bus online is the one I was reserving. Did it look like that? I was told yes. I had to pay cash because there was a problem with the credit card machine . They picked us up for my husbands surprise 50th birthday. The bus looked nothing like the pics on the inside. Also, the AC didn’t work.
