They were out of 90 percent of the balloons on their wall and even then they didn't tie the string to the balloon properly, as soon as I got home and took the balloons out of my car the biggest one instantly detached and flew away.
I just had a wonderful experience here! They were so helpful in showing me balloon options, candles and even helped me carry balloons to my car! They noticed I was going to need to make two trips and insisted. I can’t wait to return for our future celebrations! Thank you so much for the superior customer service! 🎉😊
