Very bad experience. Ordered a $1800 ranch hand bumper thru this company off ranch hands website 2/27/26 by 3/13/26 it had still set at a fright terminal less than a hour away from me. I reached out to the freight delivery company and they said they could not get intouch with me. The number parts via gave them not once but twice was wrong forcing them to ship it back to parts via. Never reached out email or by my correct number that parts via had on file. Called parts via to get it reshipped no money back for shipping nothin... read more

I have not purchased from this company, but their delivery driver thought it was acceptable to use my front yard as a turnaround spot. He was driving at a fast speed, fully aware that what he was doing was not appropriate, and I’m just grateful that my dogs were not outside at the time. When I called customer service, they didn’t believe me that their driver would act in such a reckless manner, so I sent them the video as proof. I have yet to hear back from them.

First time ordering from this company, so far everything look legit. Did not give me the option to purchase with paypal !!!!!!!!!!! But gave me numerous options where i could pick up my kit today!!!!!!!!!! I personally will shop here again.
