I wish I could make this 0 stars. I ordered a simple part 1.5 months ago, did not recieve, had to call. they stated it was on back order, then i had to reorder and give my credit card information a second time, waited another week, and saw the charge on credit card was 2.5 x what I agreed to pay initially without sending me any receipt, PO, invoice/etc. I will never order anything again from PArtssource medical supplies and would urge anyone else in medical field to do the same.
How is this company still in business? I've spoken with 6 people and none can help me. I've been disconnected and never get a call back despite them asking for a phone # in case of a disconnection. I ordered service for my Olympus light source that they have clearly on their website. They never sent me a shipping label. When I followed up, they said they can do on-site service. Great! No one else can verify that nor will they schedule an appointment.
