Disappointed with Partspitstop, after 5 days of placing my second order, I get an email requesting to verify my identity for security reasons. They need a copy (front and back) of credit card and a copy of identification to match the name on the credit card to be sent over email (server & cloud storage). This is outrages and stupid at many levels. If you need to verify my information, offer PayPal if you have issues with fraudulent activities.

Very dissappointed with this company-i ordered approx $1100 worth of parts for a victory highball-the order went through & payment was processed i was then called a day or two later & informed that the main item i needed on my order(a rear fender)was on backorder-therefore i decided to cancel my whole order and go a different route,the gentlemen i had spoke with told me no problem he would cancel the order & credit back my money-the next day i was called by a different person and told i was gonna have to pay restocking fees ... read more

Very deceiving website and Very very very slow shipping! They charge your card immediately but take almost 2 weeks before over $800.00 order was shipped on on stock parts.

this company is a scam. the send out wrong parts and still charge almost 50% if the order to return the incorrect part. incorrect schematics on the website show a license plate holder on what is supposed to be the front blinker light bars, the order was cancelled but partspitstop still shipped the item anyways. there is no front license plates on a motorcycle. The website is set up to send out incorrect parts and they will still ship after an order cancellation and still charge to return the incorrect part. Quite a good deal... read more

Found parts on their site and ordered them for a total of $442.06 including the shipping on 10/31/19 and waited for them to arrive. Today 11/6/19 I receive a phone call from Kalie Colon claiming their shipping estimator was incorrect and they needed an additional $76 or I could cancel my order.
