The Staff is very helpful and service was excellent. Thanks and keep it up.
Simply answer the phone “hello” you have to ask if Youre calling part source then you get out on hold for 10 minutes. When you call back they hang up on you or put you right on hold then tell you too bad it’s the world we live in. Highly recommend going to part source at keele and st Clair you’ll be in and out of the store before finch even answers the phone
If I could give this useless store a negative number I would. I'm not surprised at all since it's owned by Canadian Tire. Their inventory system is a JOKE! It shows an item in stock at the Dundas and Dixie (16 pcs) but when I get there, their useless employees can't find it?!?! There are 16 jugs of Mobil 1 synthetic oil that is unaccounted for but your useless inventory system shows 16 at your location!! Are their employees stealing the products or something!!! Useless absolutely USELESS!!!!
