I called in but the guy was so so rude
The van I was driving engine light came on & broke down in Hamilton - I’m from Windsor area. It needed new spark plugs and a couple ignition coils which they had in stock. I wish I remembered the employees names but he offered a code reader to diagnose the issue. I had no tools, and they offered the tools they had for me to use. I worked on the van in the parking lot and was in and out of the store like it was my house grabbing the tools I needed. today, i visited the part source on 983 upper james street and purchased some parts. the cashier ROBSTE702 was very disrespectful and unprofessional. when i entered the store, i greeted him and no response, when i got the parts i said thank you and no response then when i left, i said have a good day and even then, no response. just disappointed in the quality of service and communication with the customer.
