Very good experience. Friendly service. Had my starter in stock and ready for purchase
Had a battery warranty (dead cell) one Normally a terrific 5* experience every time but my most recent interaction is inexcusable. The older gentleman tried to give me the wrong battery for the warranty, I mentioned it and he brushed it off. He said "I'm not a mechanic" when it literally says "parts pros prices" on the sign. Luckily one of the other employees caught it when the battery did not fit into my car. I will change to a 5* eventually as the service here is genuinely great. Not everything is a lead acid anymore.
