Had a great experience visiting this store and being helped by Steven. He went absolutely above and beyond to assist me with a battery, and also very thoroughly explained my purchase options. Recycled my old battery as expected. Steven and the other gentleman closing in front, on Tues Oct 14, both set the standard for a high level of service—extremely friendly, willing to help, efficient, knowledgeable. Super appreciated!

Great knowledgable staff. Lots of products from different companies. The manager and staff helped me figure out a problem with my vehicle and I'll keep going back.
The worst customer service I've ever encountered, returned a battery that wouldn't hold a charge and they tell me it's fully charged of course it is i charged it they wouldn't exchanger it with 2 years left on the warranty...will never buy anything from this place again....no wonder the place is empty...you guy's are a joke.the manager should go back to selling Popsicles on a street corner
Terrible customer service,they don't know the meaning of warranty especially the manager who's as sharp as a cue ball maybe he should go back working at the puzzle factory... don't buy anything from this place
