12 V Toyota Prius battery is rare & not available at Costco, NAPA or Canadian Tire. The dealer in Halifax quoted $1002 plus labour for install. I called “Happy” at PS who asked for photos , specs, and physical dimensions. Happy researched, located & had it shipped to his store in 2 hours. My cost out the door was $273. They will be my first call for all automotive parts. The customer service was impeccable & the staff are friendly, professional & experts in their field. Thanks for your help Happy!
Very rude behaviour, it was 6:02 pm but it was open that’s why i went inside and before saying anything the counter guy (asian) said that we are closed. Its ok but at least should listen that what i want or they should close the door sharp at 6pm. very disappointed
They more often than not give you the wrong parts, say they have a part in stock only for you to show up and find out they actually do not have it in stock, if you call to order parts in to their location they claim they will do it but rarely do leading to calling back multiple times. I wouldn't waste my time with this parts source location.
Went there to look for a light bulb for my back brake for my 2021 venue. The fella at the desk wasn’t sure if the bulb would work. So he gave it to me at no charge to try. It worked! Will be back again. Thanks for the great customer service!
