12 V Toyota Prius battery is rare & not available at Costco, NAPA or Canadian Tire. The dealer in Halifax quoted $1002 plus labour for install. I called “Happy” at PS who asked for photos , specs, and physical dimensions. Happy researched, located & had it shipped to his store in 2 hours. My cost out the door was $273. They will be my first call for all automotive parts. The customer service was impeccable & the staff are friendly, professional & experts in their field. Thanks for your help Happy!
Very rude behaviour, it was 6:02 pm but it was open that’s why i went inside and before saying anything the counter guy (asian) said that we are closed. Its ok but at least should listen that what i want or they should close the door sharp at 6pm. very disappointed
