Usually the service here is very good, which is why I was so disappointed with my last visit. When I came in to purchase a part for my car, the sales representative repeatedly ignored me and directed all communication to my boyfriend, who was only there with me and had no idea what part I needed. When I asked questions, the employee wouldn’t make eye contact with me and instead answered my questions to my boyfriend. Went in for wipers. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and installed them right away which was greatly appreciated because it was -29 with the windchill this morning.
Recommended better options and extra parts that could be required for the job. But returnable if unnecessary.
