Always get great service here and descent price
No customer service, ans no knowledge for sure. Couldn't match a common starter i was looking for, and no interest in helping. Went to APC and had one in 5 min.
This place has no customer service knowledge, no time for customers questions three minutes was a big deal to guy on there end ,"asked if i wanted to come look at the book myself " "And said he was trying to work through it"?? All i called for was some ball joints. Sorry i bothered you by calling about purchasing a part from part source . thank you for your time
It was okay, I went in there looking for a swivel ratchet, they didn't have it, overall friendly staff very clean and organized
