This is how you treat employees. that do a good. People do things wrong and there is miniscule mistakes done. Management and upper management would rather blanket disciplines across the board than actually take into what really happens on a one on one basis. The staff are always extremely friendly and incredible to deal with. Been going there for years. The store manager, Nathan Wardle, went above and beyond and made an extremely difficult situation (due to a repeated defective part, Monroe's QuickStruts) practically seamless for me. He took ownership and accountability when Monroe's failed to do so and he wanted to do everything in his power to make it right. His level of customer service is second to none.
