Very good experience
They sold me toxic candy. Did not taste like my home world of Pakistan. Also they made my part broken under counter. No big fan, no big.
Some dude at the counter wearing nail polish smelt horrible and clearly had no idea what he was doing. Had a bad attitude and Im pretty sure was trying to waste as much of my time as possible. This place has slow been going down the drain. I’ve honestly just been buying parts on Amazon or south common because this place is just not worth my time.
Stopped in (6511 - 104 ST location) to ask a few questions about a warranty on an alternator a few days earlier that was not working. I was promptly told by the sales associate i was ignorant for asking a question. She said, I bought it and now I am on my own. I think she was even a team lead. She does not belong in this (or any) workplace dealing with the public. Go to any location or business other than this one so you don't accidentally get her as your sales associate.
