They helped me get in my way in a hurry
Poor service . Mostly sunday ! I just need cabin filter and it takes me like half an hour to wait and the bad thing the thing the old fat lady with white hair not entertaining the customers. Every time i cmone to counter shes checking in computer, calling on the phone . Checking the catalog. Not a good day . It happen today around 100hrs
Stopped in quickly this morning not knowing the exact part I needed for my car, or if that was even the problem. I wish I remembered the names of the two amazing people that helped me with my 2015 Dodge Journey. They even came out and looked under the hood of my car and helped solve the problem, and saved me from buying a part I didn’t even really need. EXCEPTIONAL Service and Knowledge!!!!
We visited on November 21, 2024 between 2:40 and 4:30 pm. We're not impressed. After breaking down nearby in a blizzard, we were able to make it into your lot, directly outside your doors. We purchased $80 worth of parts from you. My husband proceeded to replace the parts for the next 2 hours in the blizzard. At that point, I finally hobbled into your establishment (with a visibly injured knee) to use the restroom. I was refused by 2 strapping young guys at the counter.
