Manager refused to warranty a starter that failed after just one month. He contradicted himself many times, gave wrong information, then got angry when he realized he was wrong. His fragile ego made customer service impossible.

Worst place to call
Called multiple Part source locations. All either seem to put you on a never ending hold or don't pick up while the website recommends you to contact the store for parts availability. Poor customer service.
Terrible location for service. Don't know how to use their computer to look up parts and tell you that they don't have the parts when they are sitting right on the shelf in plain view.
