The salesperson was chatting with probably friend or family members at the counter. I waited for almost 5 minutes but he didn’t care. Another customer service rep saw me but ignored to help me check out as well. Finally , I had to leave the product and leave the store.
Spend nearly 2 grand here for parts , I asked if all the parts came with the hardware in which I was told "yes" only to find out non of the parts came with hardware when I got home. Not happy at all.. called to address the issue and was ignored . Asked for hardware to purchase and was told they don't carry any.
I don't think the kids that work here have ever been in a car.
Extremely rude to deal with on the phone had to oder my parts from to separate locations acted like it was the end of the world. I'll never deal with them again
Got good service but was given the wrong part which was said 3 times to be a driver side rear brake caliper for my truck but instead they gave me a passenger side one
