Very disappointed with the lack of integrity and professionalism at this PartSource location. I called ahead to ask if they sell car batteries and if someone could check my battery to see whether it needed replacing. The gentleman on the phone said yes to both and told me to come in, assuring me he’d be happy to check it. !!!WARNING!!! 不好不要买!!VERY BAD!!AT THIS STORE!!bought 4 NGK Laser Iridium Spark Plugs for my 2010 Corolla. Installed them to spec, then started engine light came on and started misfiring on my second drive. Not just 1 spark plug was defective. 2 OF THE SPARK PLUGS WERE DEFECTIVE. 1 snapped all the threads off in the cylinder and the ceramic bit broke off in there too the other spark plug had a hairline crack in the spark plug which probably caused it to arc and not fire properly.
