Purchased inner tie rod ends and install them and got alignment and a week later , I inspected the tie rods and they were completely loose and knocking , it’s definitely a defective part. When I went to return them the lady at the desk said they can’t take them back without the boxes. Was told to contact Denis the store manager and everytime I call, they say he is not at work .
