The lady at the front desk appears unprofessional and works at an extremely slow pace. I’ve had to return parts multiple times because she gives me the wrong items, and instead of focusing on the job, she tells me her personal stories, which I have no interest in hearing. This constant inefficiency wastes my time and makes for a terrible customer experience. Management needs to address this immediate. The other workers are very good.
Love this partsource but that new hire in the front should not be dealing with customers. She’s horrible and can’t do her job. The workers definitely know who I’m talking about.
I came in barely knowing what I needed to get but Samuel was able to guide us and he was very patient. Best place to buy auto parts and the prices are quite competitive
The manager didn’t tell me I needed the box to get my core charge then refused to accept return
The manager neglected to inform us we needed to keep the cardboard box for our core charge. Refused to accept it after acknowledging this information.
