The manager didn’t tell me I needed the box to get my core charge then refused to accept return
The manager neglected to inform us we needed to keep the cardboard box for our core charge. Refused to accept it after acknowledging this information.

Kristen you should NOT be working the front and not picking up the phone you should be organizing parts in the back!! I have been buying parts here from Mike and other employees , everything is in stock, WHEN KRISTEN is working she says nothing is stock and can't be ordered . Refres the clients to Other stores not only wasting clients time, very rude, should not be at this store definitely ruining the Part SOURCE BRAND NAME and what it stands for been client for over 15 years.
