I found customer service poor. Salespeople rude and disrespectful. Purchasing items here not easy and no returns on electrical items which was not disclosed prior to purchase. I will choose Canadian Tire in the future.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The store's posted hours clearly state that it is open until 8:00 p.m., yet we arrived at 7:55 p.m. for an urgent purchase and watched an employee lock the door right in front of our faces. We pointed out that there were still five minutes before the advertised closing time, but his response was simply, "It doesn't matter, too late." I have today very bad experience with store PS757.And real root service. I come to the store 5 minutes before closing.And one off the worker blocked the door and don't let me and my friends in the store.👎I need only quick pick up one item.

I called ahead and was told an OBD scan could be done if I came in. After driving about 20 km to the store, I was told nobody was available and to come back tomorrow. I left feeling that I was not treated with the same level of courtesy and attention I expected as a customer. The experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially after confirming availability before making the trip.
