Ordered parts on the Saturday for a no tax sale, the person said I didn't need to leave a deposit and it should come on Sunday by 8am. Called on Sunday, the parts did not arrive.the eta would be the following Tuesday. Monday the parts came, when I went to pick it up, I paid but I realized the amount was higher .The manager said I have to pay the tax since I picked it up on Monday after the sale ended. Terrible customer service. They refused to do a return on a oil filter cap that still had all its tags on and is in clean condition that didn't fit my vehicle and attempted to say it was used to deny the return. Learn what the definition of used means before going into customer service.
