0 STARS! The staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. Getting basic assistance felt like pulling teeth, and it was obvious that customer service is not a priority here. Been going for years and the staff are friendly
I found customer service poor. Salespeople rude and disrespectful. Purchasing items here not easy and no returns on electrical items which was not disclosed prior to purchase. I will choose Canadian Tire in the future.
