went there today at 5:10pm. 1 customer just leaving as I came in. 2 employees at the registers. I asked if they could check my car battery. they said yes but they won't today because it's snowing and it's weather dependent. I didn't know the battery tester was so sensitive (sarcasm)..anyway. I noticed that the battery in my van was not doing good and today after testing it by partsource employee Joe ( the service they provide) I realized I need a new one. Fortunately for me the battery was still under warranty but was bought at different retailer. I had to remove it on the parking lot of the Partsourse store, returned it to the store, get a new one and install it. Being a woman I did have some tools but not all that I needed, plus the knowledge of changing the battery was not 100 percent certain so I did ask for... read more
Nice people to deal with
Very bad service. The salesman only seems interested in arguing rather than helping. He was rude towards me and showed no interest in selling or assisting properly. Came here for checking the battery and wanna buy a new one. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
What a great bunch of guys who went beyond the service and helped me out. Not only were their prices the cheapest but they were the nicest people - thanks Ian 🚗
