My go-to when I need affordable parts. They partner with Canadian Tire, so the Triangle Mastercard gives 4% cashback here as well. My last visit wasn’t very smooth, though. I was looking for sway bar links and wanted to compare the two types they had in stock (cheap and expensive). I asked Dallas to bring both types so I could see them, but she seemed quite annoyed by the request. I bought the sway bar links and left. However, the interaction with Dallas wasn’t very pleasant — hence the 4 stars.
Pathetic store!! None of the staff is efficient there were 3 people and all of them were helping the same customer trying to figure of something on the till!!! And then when you try to ask them something or show them a reference picture, they will presume tell you they don’t have what you’re looking for! I showed a picture of a broken bumper and wanted to see if they have q tape or glue!! But before I could even ask! The guy told me they don’t sell bumper!! How stupid!!
Came in for a few parts but afterwards they mentioned they don’t do any discount for trades/automotive techs. Most parts stores will support trades people. No surprise Canadian tire won’t. Support local and shop at local parts stores. They even give a discount to local trades workers!
