I went to this store to buy a part, but one of the workers gave me the wrong one. When I went back to exchange it for the correct part, they refused and told me I had to buy a new one because I had tried it and it didn’t work. This was their mistake, yet they made me pay for it. Very bad customer service and unfair policies. I do not recommend this store to anyone—they are a scam.
Jonah on the phone was extremely helpful in finding the part, even called the other parts source in kitchener for me.
