Came in with my friend to buy new wipers. She was definitely having a bad day and luckily her mood completely changed from the amazing customer service she received from William at front desk. The fact that he also offered to install her wipers free of charge was the cherry on top of cake!
These folks are the best at customer service, they really take it a notch above the rest . Went there to get my wiper blades , they fixed it at no cost and even gave me tips on proper.
Wasted me 2 hours. I rented a tool. I was told its open on Sunday. I drove 2 hours in winter storm to return the tool and guess what !! Its closed. They should learn to value customer time and experience. I am free to drive here tomorrow again. I have things to do.
The worker was so friendly, and helpful!
Don't even carry grade 5 hardware
