Some of the people that work at this location have the worst attitude, I’ve bought quite a few parts here and every time Im met with the same attitude. Recently I went in just because I was already in the plaza anyway and I ask the guy at the desk if they have what I was looking for at the time and he goes “I don’t know Im just a driver you have to ask the ladies” then why the heck are you behind the counter then if you can’t help anyone!? I will never again trust them. They give me wrong filter for my car twice. Second time. I asked him to make sure it is the right one and he was very confident now I will have to go again for the third time to buy a oil filter. Very disappointed
5-6 employees behind counter but I had to stand there waiting almost 5 minutes. With no idea what is going on. No hold on or one minute. Just make customer stand there for 5 minutes while everyone talks or pretend to do something else. Worst customer service. Sorry but that was really uncomfortable.
