I went in to just buy a light bulb and instead I received a huge and unbelievable great help from Cory! What a man! Thank you! Very much appreciated :)
Really bad customer service. The person in the front desk was extremely rude. I asked him why they don’t refund the HST charged on core charge and he said he doesn’t have to explain it to anyone and it has always been like that. I guess I’ll take my business to Amazon. At least they don’t charge core and they have cheaper prices.
The staff at this location are just great! Part look-up takes very little time and it's been right for me for years. I purchase a lot more than the average human. Parts arrive fast, either same day or over night. If you're complaining, odds are you gave the wrong information or have no idea what you needed in the first place.
