Tried to return my core battery . That was clearly there brand not that it matters . They wouldn't accept it cause I didn't have a receipt... shouldn't matter u want the battery to get recycled or not
Used to be very friendly. Went back because of the service. I have dealt with a lot of helpful gentlemen there. Lately have got girls looking after me and they sould abrupt, almost rude, like I was wasting my time. such as "what would you like me to do with that information?" Never go back there again. If there was a 0 I would give them 0. Rudeness off the scale.
Dan was super helpful and so was Aric. Both knowledgeable guys and incredibly friendly and easy to deal with! 100 percent recommend this part source.
A young lady by the name of Megan helped me out this morning. I was shy on funds and she dug into her pocket. 10 bucks ain't nothing... And didn't want anything in return. So for that reason part Source is definitely worth returning to when they have employees like that.
Had to go back after they gave me the wrong brake pads the girl had them set aside for me and I told buddy then says nope nothing back there so he gives me the wrong pads go back and they were on the shelf where the girl put them wouldn't discount me the 7 bucks for having to make the trip back I won't deal with them again get people in there that know how to run a computer
