The employees seemed to be very comfortable talking loudly about one of their peers, seemingly criticizing him behind his back. Gross behaviour, won’t be supporting that kind of environment.

Tried to return my core battery . That was clearly there brand not that it matters . They wouldn't accept it cause I didn't have a receipt... shouldn't matter u want the battery to get recycled or not
Used to be very friendly. Went back because of the service. I have dealt with a lot of helpful gentlemen there. Lately have got girls looking after me and they sould abrupt, almost rude, like I was wasting my time. such as "what would you like me to do with that information?" Never go back there again. If there was a 0 I would give them 0. Rudeness off the scale.
