Called yesterday to ask they could use their scanner to check for codes and explained the details, I was told to come and they will check, the guy on phone was very friendly. I went in morning to be sure they had time, When I got there I think 3 guys at front,.I waited till a customer finished and seemed like the available employee was annoyed to even serve me, I explained why I was there and right away he was hesitant and didnt want to scan my car, said they have a cheaper scanner and might not pick up a code if my car isnt... read more
Super great staff! Needed a transmission line set when everybody else was closed - they were quick on the phone and fast to process payment at the store when I was in a rush. A++
So sad to post this as I always buy my parts from here but after today no more went in for pads I bought lifetime warranty pads was told by the staff that dose not cover ware and then was informed that parts bought from them have to be installed by Canadian Tire are they aren't covered under warranty like W.T.F. who are they to tell me who is to work on my car when I said I gess I'll buy parts eles were I was told my type of business was like 10% of there profit so they weren't worried about it which shows they don't care ab... read more
only 1 star because i cant give 0, junk store. if you want the wrong parts and horrible service this is the place for you happy shopping.
