Called them Sunday evening 3 times 50 minutes before closing time and being put on hold and never got back to in 30 minutes. Last time I called I was just put on hold without even them answering so they could have their sweet time to go home doing nothing and being paid.
Good attention to costumers
On Sept 16/25 about 6:30 pm . I just want to say thankyou to your very considerate employee who without being asked helped me out to my car with my heavy car parts I bought. Another customer who I let go ahead of me in the lineup helped too. Thankyou so much . This old guy had a very hard day and i was exhausted . I was in part source today and I had to get a complete steering rack for my f150 I had a parts person by the name of Kicluse what a super friendly and knowledgeable guy I normally shop at auto value but after getting the help I did from him Part source will be the first place I call. Employees like him are hard to find what a great experience
