I used the rent a tool and paid cash. When I came back today to return the tool I was told I had to use debit to return the money. I didnt like it because I just wanted cash back but I agreed. I went to go to my car to get my wallet and the 2 east indians behind the counter started laughing at my inconvienience. Nice, they are hiring 5 year olds now.
Very friendly, taffs are show you what you need and have a good recommendation
Worst customer service, I bought a fuel cap and it was loose , they told me to go to the dealership to reset and when I got there, dealership said it's not the right size, came back and didn't have other options. That all happened in 1 and half hour period. They refused to refund me after all that hussle. Reason of refusal was I used it!! How did I use it if didn't fit and still not fitting. The worst thing she lied and said it smells gas and it wasn't at all. Not coming back on that store ever again.
