If you need any more information, then don't bother. First person I got ob the phone, just transferred me when I asked to get more information on the product, despite saying he would. Next person, was more helpful, even offering to call the supplier, then immediately back pedaling and telling me to call them instead. The reviews you read about this store having hideous customer service are spot on. Go to NAPA or AutoZone instead. Heaven forbid you need more information on a product. PartSource will not help you.
Stood around for half an hour. Waiting for somebody to help me. Employees just walking around with nobody helping with service. Absolutely ridiculous. I asked for help three or four times but told everyone was busy You have 10 employees in there and not one of them are doing a dang thing ....
Zero customer service available. Utterly rediculous. Corporate needs to get involved here.
Good place, good and honest people and service, no bs (other than the computer system which isn’t the employees fault). They even let me leave my vehicle there for a few hours after closing when I couldn’t start it due to it breaking in their parking lot and I had to wait for jb-weld to cure so I could safely get it home
