Honestly I so disappointed and furious over the phone after I think his name was shaheed or something like that had such an attitude over the phone, I tried to still be nice and friendly but I was so incredibly upset as he still being very rude! Exllent customers service the Lady she help me in countr very helpful .
Had a disappointing experience with customer service from Sawhil and Saurabh. They were condescending when I requested a price match for an in-stock item from Walmart Canada, simply stating that their policy doesn't allow it. What a letdown. I wouldn’t recommend shopping there.
