The store looks empty, this store use to be my go to store due to its service but not anymore as I recently had a bad experience in terms of the product exchange policy. Definitely will try another store for a better service.
I’ve been coming to this location for years for all different things but again great customer service this time from Shane The simplest things in the world like wiper blades, but unfortunately I hurt my hand after explaining it to Shane came out and changed the wipers for me, but prior to that walking me through the different price points for all wiper blades instead of just a quick sale or upsell on products. Having great people at this location is one of the main reasons why I keep coming back and back again
Honestly I so disappointed and furious over the phone after I think his name was shaheed or something like that had such an attitude over the phone, I tried to still be nice and friendly but I was so incredibly upset as he still being very rude! Also I'm very familiar with cars myself as I'm mechanically inclined and not sure if he does this to everyone or specifically women but he definitely trying to scam me by repeatedly trying to sell me the highest grade brake pads instead of the ones I repeatedly also said that I could... read more
