Tried to sell me premium pads without hardware (its supposed to include it) then wouldnt provide discount for incomplete kit
Caleb was great! Tested my battery and ran codes super quick! Even sat there and googled the code with me so I knew what I was in for before I headed to the mechanic.
I went in looking for some parts a couple of weeks ago and the 2 guys in there couldn't be bothered to help. I asked for help and the gentleman seemed annoyed and stand offish. I won't be back
Driving from Frankford during a snowstorm the window wiper on the driver's side literally snapped off as we pulled off Hwy 401 at Wallbridge/Loyalist turn off. I pulled into your PartSource ouitlet and got "Corbin" to come out to have a look. I ended up buying new wipers for both sides (I knew the other needed replacing anyway) and Corbin took the time to install them both for me DURING the snowstorm. I just want you to know what a valuable employee you have representing your store. Thanks again, Corbin.
