I must have called 6 times today to bounce info off these guys to figure out why my belt wouldn't fit. Every time I called, I was given 100% of their time. Haven't used part source before you can bet I'll be dealing with them in the future. Very grateful for the service I received. Seemed like they made it a priority to get my part same day, asap. They cancelled my ability to use the portal, because and I quote I don't spend enough money! It costs them $25 dollars per commercial account to access the portal! Guess they never heard the phrase- The cost of doing business. Well I stopped ordering from them, so regardless of how much I spent, I now spend zero! Oh and I tell this story to everybody I run into. If I can stop one person from shopping there, then that' a feather in my cap.
Trying to get warranty honoured in store is a pain and run around. Do not recommend it Nor will be buying again from this store!
Had amazing service and assistance from Braedon today! We needed our front wipers changed on our new car (harder than you would think with all of the new features attached to it). Braedon not only found us an amazing pair of wipers but he actually came out to our car and figured out/taught us how to change them for future reference. If you need any help, Braedon is your guy!
