They cancelled my ability to use the portal, because and I quote I don't spend enough money! It costs them $25 dollars per commercial account to access the portal! Guess they never heard the phrase- The cost of doing business. Well I stopped ordering from them, so regardless of how much I spent, I now spend zero! Oh and I tell this story to everybody I run into. If I can stop one person from shopping there, then that's a feather in my cap.

I must have called 6 times today to bounce info off these guys to figure out why my belt wouldn't fit. Every time I called, I was given 100% of their time. Haven't used part source before you can bet I'll be dealing with them in the future. Very grateful for the service I received. Seemed like they made it a priority to get my part same day, asap.
