Found my part ok, but I occasionally find the staff here condescending and unwilling to help or answer questions. Knowledge of products seems inconsistent. But they often have what I need.

I come here a couple times a year. Quite often leave with the wrong parts. I bought a belt for emergencies as I have an older work van. Well today I needed it. Pull it out of the back spend 2 hours trying to get it on. After I realized the belt they gave me is an inch shorter then the one I need. I should of expected this. Last time they gave me the wrong brake pads. Time befor that the wrong router. All I can hope is they will at least refund my money. Wish they would take the time to give a guy the right part.
